Pay Annual Membership Fees
When the community of Parkland was first established, an encumbrance was registered against each lot to allow for the establishment of a neighbourhood homeowners association. The Parkland Neighbourhood Residents Association (PNRA) is comprised of all registered owners within the Parkland area registered under that encumbrance.
The encumbrance allows the Board of Directors of the PNRA to collect a fee from all residents where encumbrances have been registered. The PNRA Board of Directors sets the amount and use of those fees. The PNRA fees plus GST are due on an annual basis. Invoices are sent out via email, wherever possible, in December for payment by no later than February 28th.
You can pay your PNRA Annual fees by online portal through Condo Cafe or via cheque or money order. The 2024 fees are $175 + $8.75 GST for a total of $183.75. If you owe more or less than the standard amount, please adjust the amount according to your invoice when sending payment or checking out.
2024 Fees:
Deadline for payment is February 28th, 2024 with interest payable on the outstanding balance thereafter at a rate of the Bank of Canada Prime Rate plus 5%. A final pre-Collection letter will be sent via email wherever possible, to those in arrears in March 2024 with collection action to commence May 1st, 2024. Please note that any accounts currently in collections will not receive the final collection notice in 2024.
Paying Online (VIA Rent Cafe / Condo Cafe):
You can pay your PNRA Annual fees online via Rent Cafe / Condo Cafe portal
Portal access will be emailed to you at an email address you provide. This portal will be used for paying fees and communications between the HOA and residents going forward.

Enter your email and password to sign in.Choose make a payment option.For One-time payment, choose the tab Make Payments. Select the payment accounts tab and add fill in your choice of payment mode, Bank account or Debit card or Credit Card.Your accounts charge and payment activity are available for you to view in the Recent Activity tab.
Paying by Cheque:
You can send a cheque or money order to the address listed on the invoice which is shown below payable to: Parkland Neighbourhood Residents Association (PNRA). Be sure to indicate your account number or address of the home you are paying the fee for within the memo section of the cheque so that we may ensure it gets applied to your account. Without this information we may be unable to process payment.
